On our way back from Elafonissi, we stopped at this pharmacy in Elos, and I’m so glad we did. I would especially like to thank the pharmacist, Konstantinos, for his exceptional kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He made me feel truly looked after, taking the time to listen, answer all my questions, and recommend exactly what I needed. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so warm and welcoming. The pharmacy has an excellent selection of medicines, healthcare products, and high-quality skincare and cosmetics, making it much more than just a regular pharmacy. La mejor farmacia de creta, Konstantinos el farmacéutico es muy simpático y te atenderá personalmente, se asegurará de que encuentres lo que necesitas, tiene una amplia selección de tratamientos naturales hechos de plantas locales de creta, no dudes en venir y solicitar su ayuda! Cuvintele sunt prea mici pentru a descrie atmosfera de aici si acest lucru i se datoreaza lui Konstantinos, un om deosebit care stie sa te ajute cu ceea ce ai nevoie, fara sa te preseze. Am gasit aici o masca de par pt hidratare si “tonic hair oil” cu filtru de protectie UVB, ambele sunt minunate, mai bune decat produsele profesionale pe care le folosesc de ani buni😊✨ ~ Nicoleta I

Wir waren zum stop hier und haben diese Apotheke eher zufällig entdeckt. Der Apotheker war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und kompetent. Er hat sich Zeit für uns genommen, alles verständlich erklärt und man hat sofort gemerkt, dass ihm seine Kunden wirklich wichtig sind. Nous sommes venus à la pharmacie car un membre du groupe s'était pris une poussière dans l'œil. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par M. Konstantin, qui nous a tout de suite pris en charge. Il a effectué plusieurs rinçages et nous a conseillé sur les produits à utiliser. L'irritation de l'œil a disparu dès le lendemain. Il parle bien le français et l'anglais, ce qui facilite la communication. ~ Alexandre B

È la prima volta che mi trovo a recensire una farmacia. Costantinos, il proprietario immagino, la persona più simpatica ma soprattutto utile che sono riuscito a trovare su quest isola fino ad ora. Gastrite, cefalea, dissenteria o semplice noia, lui vi troverà la soluzione adatta in modo efficiente e simpatico. Entrambe doti che non ho trovato di frequente da queste parti. 初めてThe Olive Tree Pharmacyへ立ち寄った時に、とても良いフェイスセラムを勧めてもらいました。それ以降クレタ島への旅行の際には必ず行くお店です。今年久し振りに行くことが出来ました。オーナーのコンスタンティノスさんは、私達家族の事を覚えていてとても親切にしてくれ、またとても楽しい時間を一緒に過ごすことができました。フェイスセラム、ボディクリーム、ハンドクリーム、どれも良い香りで使い心地もとても良いです。The Olive Tree Pharmacyのスキンケア商品はどれもおススメです！ ~ kana Y

Many people write the review of food, restaurants etc, but I wanted to say a few nice words about this pharmacy and its owner. On our way from Elafonisi to Chania we stopped in Elos village to have a lunch. I was happy to see this pharmacy open as I needed to get some painkillers. When I entered, I saw the owner already assisted a young lady who had some issue. He dealt with the issue very quickly and professionally and straight away I felt a trust to this person. He was polite, friendly and professional. I believe everybody is in good hand when he assist you. I just wanted to say big thank you for the support and help, and invite everyone who's coming to this village to visit this pharmacy because you can get not only a help but you also can find great products as well. W drodze na Elafonisi znaleźliśmy tę aptekę i była otwarta (niedziela). Pojechaliśmy tam tylko po krople do uszu, bo moja narzeczona doznała zapalenie ucha w wyniku kontaktu z wodą. W rezultacie miałam wrażenie, jakbyśmy byli u lekarza, a nie w aptece :) Pan Konstantions - złoty człowiek, bardzo serdeczny! panie Konstantinos, bardzo nam Pan pomogł - dziękujemy i polecamy!! ~ Pawel

Увидела вывеску аптека и стенды с косметикой, зашла посмотреть и не ожидала что попаду к такому прекрасному продавцу. Очень приветливый и внимательный дал рекомендации и помог выбрать масла и крема, к тому же дал подарочек. Остались прекрасные впечатления от покупки, всё есть возможность попробовать. Bästa butiken och trevligaste personalen på hela Kreta! Stort utbud av lokala olivprodukter såsom hårinpackning och face-cream. Personalen visade hur produkterna användes och förklarade vad det var till för. Det är väldigt rimliga priser och jag köpte sex produkter och då fick jag dessutom en hårmask och schampo på köpet. Har ni vägarna förbi så skulle jag starkt rekommendera detta stället! ~ Adam H

Ήμουν στο Ελαφονήσι και στην επιστροφή έπεσα από κάτι βράχια και άνοιξε αρκετά η πλάτη μου με εκδορές αίματα κλπ.. περνώντας από το φαρμακείο του ανθρώπου αυτού ήταν ευγενικός μου καθάρισε το τραύμα το έκλεισε και μου έδωσε και υλικά για να το καθαρίσω και μετά αφού φύγω.. και σαν καλός σαμαρητης όταν πήγα να του δώσω λεφτά δεν τα δέχτηκε! ευχαριστώ πολύ ! ~ Xristos Z

Pharmacist Konstantinos provided exceptional support when I came in with blepharitis. The eye drops previously prescribed by a doctor had no effect, but Konstantinos recommended an appropriate antibiotic, gently prepared my eyelid, applied the first drop himself, and shared his own experience (the drops worked perfectly and truly helped resolve the issue). The pharmacy also offers a unique selection of antioxidant-rich cosmetics made with local herbs, especially olive oil (oleocanthal). Très belle découverte , que des produits cosmétiques réalisés a partir d’ingrédients naturels : base d’huile d’olive , d’Aloe vera et de la propolis. Le propriétaire a su me conseiller en français et est très sympathique. Les produits pour le visage sont juste extra ! Costantino è il miglior farmacista di Creta e che abbia mai conosciuto. Il mio ragazzo si è tagliato un sopracciglio e Costantino ci ha aspettato per più di mezz’ora anche se fosse domenica e lo ha medicato con molta cura e ci ha dato tutti i consigli necessari. Atsitiktinai atradome šią mažą vaistinę per mūsų atostogas Kretoje, mažame jaukiame Elos kaimelyje – ir likome tikrai sužavėti. Pardavėjas buvo nepaprastai malonus, nuoširdus ir tiesiog labai geras žmogus. Iš karto jautėsi, kad jis nuoširdžiai domėjosi mumis kaip žmonėmis, o ne bandė kažką parduoti. Ο Κωνσταντίνος είναι ο άνθρωπος που θέλεις να βρεις μπροστά σου όχι μόνο σαν φαρμακοποιός και επιστήμονας αλλά προτίστως σαν άνθρωπος. Z tohto miesta som odchádzala s naozaj veľmi príjemným pocitom. Pán, ktorý sa mi venoval, bol neskutočne milý, ochotný a trpezlivý. Všetko podrobne vysvetlil, ukázal mi jednotlivé výrobky, ktoré som mohla ovoňať aj vyskúšať a poradil, na čo sú vhodné. Bolo vidieť, že mu záleží na zákazníkoch a svoju prácu robí s radosťou. Výborna lekáreň s veľmi prijemným a ochotným prístupom. Pán Konstantinos je velký odborník nielen v oblasti liekov, ale aj liečebnej kozmetiky s olivovým olejom a lokalných liečivych rastlín. Škoda, že sme nemali viac času na konverzáciu. Ak sa nám ešte niekedy podari navštíviť dedinku Elos určite sa radi zastavíme. ~ Alena M

Ci siamo fermati dopo la visita ad Elafonissi e ci ha consigliato degli ottimi prodotti a base di olio di oliva e altri olii prodotti in Grecia. È stato disponibile e ci ha intrattenuto con consigli anche sui luoghi da visitare. Un pit stop da fare assolutamente dopo tutta la giornata al sole! ~ Jessica N
